KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – NOTTINGHAM – DG Group

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing existing B to B clients in the East Midlands area and developing new accounts.
You will be based in the office but also have the opportunity and go out to meet clients face to face.
The Key Account Manager is all about developing relationships. Looking for new opportunities, connecting with senior managers and decision-makers.
- Manage and grow a range of existing accounts / new customers
- Identify and break into new business customers within the East Midlands area
- Spend an agreed amount of time in face-to-face meetings
- Achieve targeted sales growth whilst hitting agreed KPIs
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
- Produce regular and informative reporting on customer activity
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2+ years of business development success
- You must possess a full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
