Our company policy is that drivers take items of lost property to the Central Police Station on Maid Marian Way.

Please don’t be offended, we have experienced a rise in customers not paying and so our policy now is to encourages customers to pay up-front. 

This is to protect the drivers.  We are the only form of transport that you pay for the journey afterwards and unfortunately a minority of customers spoil it for the rest.

It is common that journey prices fluctuate depending on the route the driver takes and the traffic conditions.  However, if you feel that the journey has been overcharged, please contact up with your booking details and we will happily investigate this for you.

We work hard at DG Cars to provide an excellent customer experience.  However, due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic conditions and special events, we do run late from time to time.  It is the nature of the transport industry and sometimes vehicles will run late and it is for that reason we are unable to offer refunds or compensation.  We will continue to do our very best to provide the best service possible to you.
