My taxi was late, do I have to pay the full price for the journey or can I get compensation?

We work hard at DG Cars to provide an excellent customer experience.  However, due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic conditions and special events, we do run late from time to time.  It is the nature of the transport industry and sometimes vehicles will run late and it is for that reason we are unable to offer refunds or compensation.  We will continue to do our very best to provide the best service possible to you.
